The Popular Show Campaign 4 Unveils the Warriors Party

Since the launch of Campaign 4, fresh DM the talented storyteller has kept viewers on edge with deep backstory, a wide array of personalities, and a exciting storyline including angels, fiends, and malevolent powers growing in power within Dol-Makjar.

Note: Revealing details for Episode 3 of Campaign 4 are included.

The Soldiers Table Unveiled

The latest chapter finished on a major cliffhanger and presented the premier party of heroes who will branch out from the main group to begin their own adventure, apart from the remaining groups.

This warrior group consists of the determined fighter (played by the voice actor), Thimble (the talented performer), the fierce warrior (Whitney Moore), the cleric (the player), and Kattigan Vale (Robbie).

Dividing the Cast

Given 13 cast members, it was obvious from the outset that maintaining everyone at one table would be unfeasible.

This explains, the opening chapters of Campaign 4 serve as an Overture, connecting the personal journeys before branching into three separate parties: Fighters, Planners, and Seekers.

What Defines the Soldiers Table

Per the Dungeon Master, the Soldiers table is for players who enjoy a traditionally charged battle-oriented gameplay experience where diplomatic options are rare.

At first glance, characters like the squeamish cleric Wicander Halovar might seem unsuited, but the actions of the latest installment show why these specific adventurers are perfectly fit for the Soldiers table.

Motivations for Departure

First, the party has a clear idea where to proceed after a brutal opening clash with The Crow Keepers.

A former ally of Thjazi Fang—whose death started the campaign’s events—manipulated The Crow Keepers for his own means, entering the hidden lair, attacking the character, and stealing all the powerful objects to auction.

Casimir then paid off his obligations and escaped to a secure base in the northern region, beyond Dol-Makjar, with Cyd pursuing him.

Character Drivers

Moreover, each adventurer has a personal reason to depart Dol-Makjar:

  • The rogue, as the close ally and best friend, desires retribution.
  • The adventurer is familiar with the region and cautions that it is a hostile location.
  • The strong character and The cleric, having disobeyed his house’s orders to eliminate the target and instead rescued him, have no safe haven.
  • But, their reputation as key figures in House Halovar could enable the team enter places they normally couldn’t.
  • Additionally, The grateful character vowed a eternal obligation to The savior for his salvation and will now go with him everywhere.

Pursued by Authorities

In addition, all of them are wanted by the rulers that govern the city for a range of causes, making lingering locally too risky:

  • Thimble and Kattigan are recognized lawbreakers.
  • The strong figure and Wicander defied the influential house and the army of fiends they are aligned with.
  • The fighter is wanted dead by House Halovar.

This means them few options but to travel to the northern region in pursuit of the antagonist.

Upcoming Developments

From episode three’s Cooldown, we learn that the combat party won’t be around in the upcoming installment, leaving the rest of the participants to form the Seekers and Planners tables.

Viewers can expect finding out which characters will be assigned to which table in the season’s concluding setup installment, streaming live on the upcoming Thursday.
